Why I am doing this now

Schools pay $1 per student per month, and there is no free plan on the website any more. This one exists only through people like you: anyone who arrives on your link keeps it permanently, including everyone they bring later.

Why you

You work with children, or with the adults who do, and your audience listens to you because you have been useful to them. That is the only qualification that matters here.

Where this comes from

My mother was diagnosed with chronic depression and bipolar disorder when I was eight. She raised three of us alone. I was lucky in one specific way: my school taught social and emotional skills properly, before most schools did. I took it home and tried to teach my mother how to be happy. It took me years to understand that her happiness was never mine to control, and most children in that house work that out alone.

The skills were never the problem. The skills worked. The problem was that I had them by luck, because of the school I happened to attend, and the children in the next building did not. This is the attempt to make it deliberate.

What it actually is

Short teacher-led sessions that build connection between the children who are already in the room, run inside the lessons that already exist. No new staff, no separate curriculum block. CASEL-aligned, K–12. The mechanism is personal disclosure: saying something real is the fastest reliable route to genuine rapport — faster than credentials, faster than charm. I know that mechanism holds because I spent twenty years as a mentalist, building rapport with strangers nightly with immediate and unforgiving feedback.

The one number

Svenstrup School, Denmark. 800 students, six weeks. Class cohesion +29%, against +3.1% in the control group. One pilot, published. Larger studies are planned, not done, and this page will not pretend otherwise.
