VEN Method
A teacher-led ritual for the whole class, one round per pair (about three minutes each, for as long as the teacher chooses): a secret colour, three seconds of eye contact, one question both answer while everyone listens. The method itself is published free under CC BY-SA; the software is $1 per student per month.

Can you use both?
Yes — and this is the pairing that makes the most sense of all. Panorama measures the climate; VEN Method is a daily practice that changes it, with a small private measure of its own after every session. A district can run the ritual in classrooms and watch the survey move.
Which one?
Choose Panorama when you need district-level measurement and intervention tracking. Choose VEN Method when you need something that happens in the room every day, run by the teacher, that the measurement can then detect.
